In their rescue operations Sea-Eye searches for people in distress at sea along the deadliest exodus route in the world and fight against the daily loss of life in the Mediterranean Sea.

No matter if young or old, everyone can make a difference and support the organisation via a membership. Our film explores different motivations to participate for a sustainable future.
JBNG
(Join Bands not Gangs)
In the townships in South Africa there is a high rate of "gangstarism" and associated murders, drug use, etc. Most people get into this environment as teenagers. Therefore, the NGO Join Bands not Gangs (JBNG) aims to get 8-14 year old children excited about music and gives them access to instruments and lessons. The statistics actually show a decline in gangstarism.
Home of Hope
(iKhaya le Themba)
iKhaya le Themba is an NPO in the Hout Bay township "Imizamo Yethu" (South Africa) and offers afternoon care, hot meals, individual lessons and the opportunity to be a child without worries. At least for a few hours a day. This Safe Space is open to all those who are orphans or half-orphans or whose family is struggling with special circumstances. Often the children receive their only full meal here.

The story is told through a brothers painful journey into foreign lands.
